Every Highland Forge product is custom made to order, following your specs and part detail choices. Since Highland Forge products are custom-crafted to fit your windows only, most of our hardware is not returnable for any reason except warranty repair. We will accept returns on rings if they are delivered back to us in excellent condition so please pack them carefully and be sure to use void fill such as bubble wrap or newspaper to eliminate any movement inside the box. Note that ring returns are subject to a $25 restocking fee.
